Blind Assessment
Cedar, plum, almond, and a delicate, sweet-toned dark chocolate in aroma and cup. The chocolate moves forward and gracefully dominates in the cup. Soft, roast-rounded acidity; silky mouthfeel. Chocolate sweetness balances a slight roasty astringency in the finish.
