Blind Assessment
: Crisply sweet; caramelly. Cocoa powder, orange zest, lightly scorched cedar, pecan, a hint of sweet flowers in aroma and cup. Quietly round and briskly sweet in structure; satiny mouthfeel. Flavor consolidates but persists in a straightforward, balanced finish.
