Blind Assessment
Sweetly pungent, very deep, quietly complex. Sweet dark chocolate, clove, prune, hints of grapefruit and musky night flowers in aroma and cup. Soft but vibrant acidity; plush mouthfeel. Chocolate in particular carries into a very long, resonant finish.
