Blind Assessment
Poised and balanced in aroma and cup, with cocoa-toned fruit, nut, aromatic wood, and a hint of mint-like herb. Delicately rich acidity, lightly syrupy body. The finish reveals a hint of astringency.

This lighter-roasted version of the ancient Mocha-Java blend combines a traditionally processed Sumatra in place of the original Java and replaces the Yemen Mocha with a wet-processed or "washed" Ethiopian coffee from the Yirgacheffe region.
