Blind Assessment
Complex aromatically: flowers and citrus mix with suggestions of rosemary, caramel, maple syrup and blueberry. Delicately silky mouthfeel, bright lemon-toned acidity and a sustained floral character complimented by honey, berries and more crisp lemon. Sweet finish, showing hints of caramel, butterscotch and a muted fruitiness.
