Blind Assessment
A quietly distinctive, rather delicate coffee. Low-toned aroma with crisp nut notes and hints of flowers and apricotish fruit. In the cup soft acidity, light but silky mouthfeel, ripe lemon and continued nut, apricot and floral hints. Simple, sweet finish.
