Blind Assessment
Distinct rose-like floral notes, nut-toned chocolate and molasses in aroma and cup. Balanced acidity, silky mouthfeel. The short finish is rich and deep, thinning slightly in the long.

This lot is made up entirely of the heirloom Bourbon variety of Arabica.
