Blind Assessment
Evaluated as espresso. Intense, complex aroma: dark chocolate, flowers, nut, fresh-cut fir, toast. Smooth but rather lean mouthfeel; butter, fir, dark chocolate in the flavor. In two parts milk the buttery dark chocolate nicely dominates, with a continuing pungent complication of fir.

This espresso blend is Rainforest Alliance certified, meaning the blend components were produced following sustainable ecological and socio-economic criteria developed by the Sustainable Agricultural Network, a coalition of independent, environment-focused non-governmental organizations.
