Round and elegant. Dominated by notes of stone fruit and honey, with clear hints of flowers and citrus. Rich acidity, syrupy mouthfeel and a clean finish with long, fruit-toned sweetness.

Made up entirely of beans from the yellow-fruited strain of the heirloom Bourbon variety of Arabica, this coffee was produced by farmer Luis Alonso Araujo on a section of his farm Los Alpes called El Amarillo.
