Blind Assessment
Evaluated as espresso. Sweet in aroma and small cup with hints of citrus and flowers complicated by honey, toast and chocolate. Light-bodied but smooth, with a strikingly sweet fruit-and-chocolate-toned finish. Less chocolate in two parts milk but the honey and fruit persist nicely.

This blend combines coffees from Brazil and Ethiopia that were processed by the natural or dry method, meaning the beans were dried with both skin and fruit still adhering to the bean.
