Blind Assessment
Crisp, delicately bright aroma: orange, a hint of apricot. In the cup rich acidity, syrupy mouthfeel, almost sugary sweetness, with continued orange and apricot notes and an orange-blossom floral hint. Clean, rich finish.

Purchased through the Coocentral Cooperative in Garzon, within the Huila growing region, this lot of coffee was made up from the production of the family farms of Ariel Pulido, Dario Nunoz and Juan Carlos Taborda.
