Blind Assessment
Very sweet and honeyish. Almondy nut, crisp baker’s chocolate, peach- and apricot-toned fruit in aroma and cup. Roundly gentle acidity; impressively smooth, lightly syrupy mouthfeel. The sweetness carries decisively into the finish, though a slight bitterish astringency shadows the long.

Who Should Drink It
This naturally sweet coffee with its gentle acidity should please those who take their coffee black and find bright, acidy coffees too assertive and uncomfortable.
