Blind Assessment
Moist composting leaves (or maybe moist, composting rose petals) layered with a fermenty, brandyish dark chocolate in this richly pleasing but slightly bitterish traditional Sumatra. Gently tart, floral-toned acidity; silky/syrupy mouthfeel.

Mandheling is a term variously used to describe a growing region surrounding Lake Toba in North Sumatra Province and a traditional type of wet-hulled coffee associated with that region.
