Blind Assessment
Balanced, sweet-toned, pungent. Tart berry – strawberry, cranberry – cedar and multidimensional sweet and tart citrus in both aroma and cup. Smoothly rounded acidity; slightly syrupy, almost creamy mouthfeel. Bittersweet chocolate and citrus zest in the finish.
