Blind Assessment
Suggestions of dark chocolate, smoky cedar, orangy citrus in aroma and cup. Round, gently roast-muted acidity; leanish but smoothly silky mouthfeel. Clean, cocoa-toned finish.

Although a light roast in indicated on the packaging, by international standards this is a medium-dark roast, appealing to those who enjoy the slightly smoky, chocolaty character applied to a fine high-grown coffee by medium-dark roasting.
