Blind Assessment
Delicately bright, gently balanced: flowers, orange, fresh-cut fir, apple in aroma and cup, with a rounding hint of caramel. Light body but silky smooth mouthfeel. Flowers linger in a clean, sweet-toned, slightly drying finish.
Notes
Despite grower discontent and sporadic social disorder, Kenya continues to produce some of the world's most elegant and distinctive coffees. This lot was produced by the Gitwe Cooperative exclusively from trees of Kenya’s premier varieties, the great, Bourbon-related SL28 and SL34. AA is the highest grade of Kenya coffee based on bean size and freedom from physical imperfections. With two coffee houses located in California's state capitol Sacramento, Temple Coffee recently transitioned from serving coffee roasted by others to roasting its own. Visit
