Blind Assessment
Richly and roundly tart. The taste of fresh coffee fruit -- think tart cherry -- and pungent grapefruit dominate in aroma and cup, with softening suggestions of cocoa, almond and caramel. Sweet-toned acidity; lightly syrupy mouthfeel. Dry, resonant finish.
