Blind Assessment
Sweet, delicately crisp. Walnut, fresh-cut fir, carob, raisin, a spicy floral hint in aroma and in the cup, where the carob sweetens and rounds toward chocolate. Quiet, backgrounded acidity; syrupy mouthfeel. Drying though sweet-toned finish.

A quiet, sweetly crisp cup with delicate savory hints, the sale of which supports an admirable cause.
