Blind Assessment
Complex, deep, original. Halvah-like honey and nut, coconut, narcissus-like flowers, a hint of rye whisky in aroma and cup. Rich, rounded acidity; light but syrupy mouthfeel. Deeply flavor-saturated finish coasts on and on.
Notes
Processed by the pulped natural method, in which the coffee is dried (in this case on raised beds) with the skin removed but the fruit pulp still adhering to the beans. Produced by farmer Carlos Sergio Sanglard from trees of the respected Catuai variety of Arabica.
