Blind Assessment
Richly pungent, deeply floral. Molasses, vanilla, ripe plum, night-blooming flowers, a hint of savory-sweet spice in aroma and cup. Soft, gently crisp acidity; lightly syrupy mouthfeel. Crisply dry in the short finish; a floral sweetness blooms in the long.
