Blind Assessment
Very sweet, delicately rich. Cane sugar, lilac, hazelnut, fresh-cut oak, a hint of honeydew-melon-like fruit in aroma and cup. Bright, juicy acidity; lightly syrupy mouthfeel. Floral and fruit hints in particular carry into a quiet, balanced finish.
