Blind Assessment
Evaluated as espresso. Sweet-toned, rich, complex. Cedar, orangy citrus, caramel, lily-like flowers in aroma and small cup. Smooth, lightly syrupy mouthfeel; flavor consolidates in a sweet-toned finish. The chocolate blooms impressively in three parts milk, nicely supported by cedar and orange notes and a continuing hint of flowers.
