Blind Assessment
Intense, exotic. Complex floral notes (jasmine, lily) lemon zest, roasted cacao nib, spicy aromatic wood in aroma and cup. Rich, brisk acidity; syrupy mouthfeel. Flowers and zesty citrus carry into a dry finish.
Notes
Yirgacheffe is a coffee region in southern Ethiopia that produces distinctively floral- and fruit-toned coffees from traditional varieties of Arabica long grown in the region. Yirgacheffe coffees like this one processed by the wet or washed method (fruit skin and pulp is removed before drying) typically express great aromatic complexity and intensity with a particular emphasis on fruit and floral notes. CofFeeling is a one-location roaster-café situated adjacent to of one of Taiwan’s most elegantly designed metro stations. Visit www.coffeelingcafe.com or call +886-7-285-5300 for more information.
Who Should Drink It
Lush flowers, brisk citrus and savory depth in a complex and unusually bracing version of the great Yirgacheffe profile.
