Blind Assessment
(As brewed in a Keurig B70 Platinum single-serve brewing device using a Keurig-compatible capsule containing 10 grams of coffee to produce a 6-ounce serving). Sweet-toned, delicately lively. Caramel, mild roasted nut, hints of apricot and flowers in aroma and cup. Very gently brisk acidity; light though silky mouthfeel. The caramel and nut suggestions turn faintly but pleasantly chocolaty in a clean, simple finish.
