Blind Assessment
Deep, sweet-toned, balanced. Hazelnut, raspberry, roasted cacao nib, honeysuckle-like flowers in aroma and cup. Richly pungent acidity; lively, lightly syrupy mouthfeel. Nut and raspberry carry into a sweet, resonant finish.
Notes
Produced entirely from trees of the heirloom Bourbon variety by the Kinyaga Cooperative, situated close to Lake Kivu and the Rusizi River. Rwanda’s impressive potential as fine coffee producer has come to fruition over the past decade owing to the industry of its growers, generous support from international aid agencies and the commitment of North American specialty coffee roasters. Atomic Café is a retail and wholesale coffee roaster on the North Shore of Massachusetts with locations in Beverly and Marblehead, Massachusetts.
