Blind Assessment
Gently and sweetly tart; classic. Tangerine, rhododendron-like flowers, hazelnut, raisin in aroma and cup. Tart but juicy acidity; plush, buoyant mouthfeel. Flavor consolidates in a continued tart yet sweet finish.
