Blind Assessment
Rich, low-toned, gently pungent. Dark chocolate, oak, sage-like herb, spicy, nasturtium-like flowers in aroma and cup. Sweetly brisk acidity; light but plush mouthfeel. Sage and a hint of chocolate carry into a crisp finish.
