Blind Assessment
Roundly classic, juicy, balanced. Caramel, hazelnut, lily-like flowers, plum and apricot in aroma and cup. Richly poised acidity; satiny mouthfeel. Flavor consolidates but persists in a sweetly and gently tart finish.
