Blind Assessment
Crisply floral, delicately lively. Complex flowers – lavender, lilac – roasted cacoa nib, tangerine, fresh-cut cedar in aroma and cup. Sweetly brisk acidity; light, silky mouthfeel. Flowers in particular carry into a gentle, resonant finish.
