Blind Assessment
Crisp, delicate, pure. Honey, baker’s chocolate, kumquat, almond, violet-like flowers in aroma and cup. Sweetly brisk acidity; light, satiny mouthfeel. Flavor saturates a surprisingly rich, resonant finish.
