Blind Assessment
Deeply floral, savory-sweet. Dark chocolate, molasses, lily-like flowers, musk, fresh-cut fir in aroma and cup. Round, muted acidity; lightly syrupy mouthfeel. Chocolate and fir dominate in a rich though drying finish.

Who Should Drink It
Those who prefer a rounder, deeper version of the typical floral-and-cocoa-toned Ethiopia wet-processed cup, and one that is reassuringly certified.
