Blind Assessment
Delicate but deep; crisply sweet. Orange, vanilla, roasted cacao nib, dried hibiscus in aroma and cup. Brisk but juicy acidity; lightly syrupy mouthfeel. Flavor consolidates but rings on in an impressively sweet, long finish.
