Blind Assessment
Subtly rich and deep. Baker’s chocolate, vanilla, cherry blossom, lemon verbena, myrrh in aroma and cup. Gentle, fruity acidity; plump, satiny mouthfeel. Flavor notes consolidate in a lightly resonant, bittersweet finish.
