Richly fruit-forward and floral. Violet, blueberry, cocoa, almond in aroma and cup. Delicately crisp acidity; lively, silky mouthfeel. Cocoa and nut extend into the crisply drying, long finish.

Notes

This coffee was produced by the highly regarded Panama farm Finca Don Julian, owned by Korean-American Heakyung Kang Burneskis. It is a dry-processed or "natural" coffee, meaning the beans were dried inside the fruit rather than after the fruit has been removed, as is the case with wet-processed or "washed" coffees. Inferno Dynamics is a Hong Kong- based coffee roaster that supplies both espresso and specialty drip coffee to local coffee shops. The Brew Job is its own retail coffee shop, also in Hong Kong.
