Roast-toned and chocolaty. Roasted almond, dark chocolate, narcissus, molasses in aroma and cup. Crisply dry acidity; velvety mouthfeel. Chocolate and nut suggestions consolidate in a gently drying finish.

This coffee is organic and Fair Trade certified, the latter meaning it was purchased from small-holding farmers at a “fair” or economically sustainable price. This is a wet-processed or “washed” coffee, meaning the fruit skin and pulp were removed from the beans immediately after harvesting and before drying.
