Blind Assessment
Delicately sweet-savory. Black currant, cocoa powder, gardenia, nutmeg, blackberry jam in aroma and cup. Soft but vibrant acidity; lightly syrupy mouthfeel. Black currant notes carry the richly drying, sweetly resonant finish.
Notes

Big Creek Coffee Roasters is a small, quality-oriented batch roaster located in Montana’s Bitterroot Valley. Visit www.bigcreekcoffeeroasters.com or call 406-375-7508 for more information.
