Blind Assessment
Evaluated as espresso. Dry, spicy, aromatic. Oak, baker’s chocolate, mango, sage in aroma and small cup. Light, silky mouthfeel; flavor consolidates in a rich though quite dry finish. Rounds nicely in three parts milk, where a crisply lively cocoa character dominates.
