Blind Assessment
Delicately sweet, spicy. Honeysuckle, black peppercorn, pink grapefruit, sandalwood in aroma and cup. Crisp, sweet-tart acidity; lightly satiny mouthfeel. The clean, resonant finish consolidates to almond and grapefruity citrus.
Notes
Produced from trees of the Bourbon, Typica and Caturra varieties of Arabica. This is a wet-processed or “washed” coffee, meaning the fruit skin and pulp were removed from the beans immediately after harvesting and before drying. Camiseta is one of several farms called the Baru Indian Highland Estates, all owned and operated by a single family in the region. Atomic Coffee Roasters is a retail and wholesale coffee roaster on the North Shore of Massachusetts with locations in Beverly and Marblehead, Massachusetts. Bottom Line
A pretty Panama cup that strikes a balance between delicate sweetness and crisp spice.
