Blind Assessment
A crisply sweet, accessible fruit-toned cup.
Notes
Produced at Baishengcun Farm entirely from trees of the Typica variety of Arabica. Processed by the dry or “natural” method, meaning the beans were dried inside the fruit rather than after the fruit has been removed, as is the case with wet-processed or “washed” coffees. CafeTaster is a Taiwan-based specialty roaster and certified SCA training facility. For more information, visit www.facebook.com/cafetaster or email roaster Jerry Huang at [email protected].
Bottom Line
Deeply rich, fruit-toned. Strawberry jam, roasted cacao nib, juniper wood, almond, tiger lily in aroma and cup. Sweetly tart structure; delicate, silky mouthfeel. The richly drying finish centers around crisp fruit notes (strawberry) framed by juniper-like aromatic wood notes.
