Blind Assessment
Resonant, sweet-savory, original. Baker’s chocolate, fragrant fresh-cut cedar, green grape, almond, wisteria in aroma and cup. Roundly tart, sweetly savory in structure; plushly syrupy mouthfeel. Flavor, particularly green grape and flowers, carries into a drying finish.
