Spiced-toned, richly floral. Wisteria, sweet lime zest, date, white peppercorn, cocoa powder in aroma and cup. Sweet-tart structure with punchy acidity; crisp, lively, satiny mouthfeel. The short finish suggests a cannabis-like pungency, while cocoa and wisteria notes carry into the long.

Produced entirely from trees of the heirloom Bourbon variety and processed at the award-winning Kanzu washing station or wet mill.
