Blind Assessment
Crisply sweet, richly chocolaty. Date, grapefruit zest, baking chocolate, pink peppercorn, hazelnut in aroma and cup. Bittersweet structure with brisk acidity; full, velvety mouthfeel. The quietly flavor-saturated finish centers around baking chocolate and grapefruit.

A blend of three coffees, two from Ethiopia (a Dimtu washed-process and a Mulish Washing Station natural) and one from Guatemala (washed).
