Blind Assessment
Spice-toned, deeply sweet. Blueberry, lavender, fresh-cut cedar, molasses, baking spices in aroma and cup. Richly sweet structure with lively acidity; satiny-smooth mouthfeel. Quiet, sweetly spice-toned finish.
