Blind Assessment
High-toned, richly sweet-tart. Dried apricot, tangerine zest, almond, narcissus-like flowers, cedar in aroma and cup. Sweetly tart in structure with balanced, juicy acidity; crisp yet syrupy mouthfeel. The finish is richly bittersweet and long, centered on notes of tangerine zest and cedar.
