Blind Assessment

Evaluated as espresso. Sweetly and roundly brisk. Blood orange, baking chocolate, walnut, cedar, a hint of sweet, wisteria-like flowers in aroma and small cup. Velvety mouthfeel; chocolate and the floral hint come forward in a balanced finish. In three parts milk, a cedary chocolate pleasingly dominates.
