Blind Assessment
Sweet-savory, richly layered. Persimmon, dogwood flowers, mesquite, brown sugar, a hint of pipe tobacco in aroma and cup. Sweet structure with brisk acidity; smooth, velvety mouthfeel. The flavor-saturated short finish consolidates to persimmon and pipe tobacco.
