Blind Assessment
Complex, cleanly fruit-forward. Raspberry coulis, cocoa nib, hazelnut butter, lilac, sandalwood in aroma and cup. Bright, sweetly tart structure with juicy acidity; delicate, silky-smooth mouthfeel. The resonant finish consolidates to notes of raspberry and hazelnut with sandalwood undertones.
