Blind Assessment
Deep-toned, crisply chocolaty. Baking chocolate, cashew, orange zest, cedar, date in aroma and cup. Sweet structure with gentle acidity; full, creamy mouthfeel. The lightly drying finish leads with notes of baking chocolate and cedar.
