Blind Assessment
Delicately sweet, deeply savory. Butterscotch, cocoa nib, black currant, frankincense, marjoram in aroma and cup. Crisply sweet-tart structure with balanced acidity; full, syrupy-smooth mouthfeel. The cocoa-toned finish is supported by notes of butterscotch and marjoram.
