Blind Assessment
Sweetly spice-toned, gently fermenty. Dark chocolate, fennel, raspberry jam, whiskey barrel, lemon balm in aroma and cup. Brightly sweet with juicy acidity; plush, creamy mouthfeel. The resonant finish centers around notes of whiskey-toned raspberry and oak.
